Karen graduated with a BA degree in Biology from Kean University in 1999. She received her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2001. She furthered her education with a clinical doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2003.
Karen has been a practicing orthopedic physical therapist for over twenty years. She believes in a delicate balance of exercise and manual skills to maximize recovery and increase overall functional mobility.
Outside of her profession, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.
Lydia graduated with her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in 1999 and has over 20 years of experience in outpatient settings. She has treated patients of all ages with a wide variety of orthopedic and sports injuries as well as pulmonary and balance/gait disorders. She has a loyal patient base and has been practicing in Monroe township for over 13 years. Working at Ambient rehab allows her to provide one on one care to her patients. She is devoted to achieving optimal results through evidenced-based manual treatments and therapeutic exercise.
When she is not working, Lydia enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, going to the beach and cooking.
